The reason Nassaji is ranked 14th is rahmati. Its not like he was given a buttom ranked team .

They were 13th last year and won the Hazfi Cup on a cinderella run.
This is really their level, maybe a few spots up. Besides Azadi, who do they have that impresses you?

I know they are limited in what they can do but 7 consecutive games without a win is inexcusable, this team and roster is not that bad. Plus there’s a difference losing a hard fought game vs getting spanked.

If PGPL is truly one of Asia best as some members here have been delusional enough to say….then yes a lower or mid table team in our league should be able to beat an uzbeki league team which is at best a second rate/tier league in Asia. It doesn’t add up….

I am one of those who think PGPL is one of the best leagues in Asia (behind Japan, Korea, and Saudi), but that doesn't mean a team that mostly relies on a home crowd and weird weather to make some decent results and was in the 2nd division for nearly 24 years, is going to compete against a Uzbek league team that has Uzbek national team members on it.
