Dont put your hopes too high, we don't play with the same rules than others. Even if he lands in a big club tomorrow or 6 months later, it would be at least 1 year too late

Asian cup Final is February 10, the first leg of Porto-Arsenal is February 21, so Mehdi should be available even if TM [do the unlikely and] win the whole bloody affair

And of course he is less motivated this year, porto suck, but his case is basically secured. A year later than we would like, but he has the fitness to keep playing at a high level for at least 2-3 more years. Yeah I think they’re just looking for a backup rwb of sorts. Buchanan is available for fairly cheap and young profile they might be able to make something ok out of.
