Noorafkan is one of those players that every coach seems to love. Only CQ didn't.

As mentioned he is a lefty and a utility player, so he will always be wanted by teams, despite not being great at any role.

Something that needs to be stamped out at this level is midfielders trying to start slaloming runs from their own half.

There is not a single player in PGL since Ali Karimi who even knows how to do it.

On top of that in transition, most of the players off the ball do not move to provide options to the ball carrier which kills any chance of counter.

This happened vs Al Hilal for Sepahan a lot.


Back facing their own goal and trying to turn take on three people and run 40+meters until you pass is suicidal unless you are Messi.

His sepahan is still better than before he came. What really makes him unique is player development. Look at Hosseinnejad, Yousefi and Ghorbani. Even the likes of Zakipour and Ramin became much better under him.
