You cannot buy culture or passion, this Saudi venture in buying washed up talents and bribing everyone with money will lead to nothing. We have seen a scaled down version of this for years, when our players went to UAE / Qatar, to waste time, make money, and watch their careers deteriorate.

the Saudi league reminds us of the old NASL league signing Pele, Beckenbauer, Gerd Müller, Carlos Alberto, Johan Cruyff, and ofcourse most importantly, our own Andranik Eskandarian and yet the league collapsed.
