We need to win the AC.
It's been far too long since we won and we need to enter the tournament with everything we got.

Every 4 year cycle starts with WCQ & ends with AC.

After AC we should build a new team absolutely.

Of course we do the opposite, we take the O27 instead.
Taking the best elements of U23, U20 even u17 if we have exceptional players there. Surrounded them with all the euro legionnaires and some IPL/QSL we really can't ignore.

I don't buy the late blossom of Iranian players, it's more the symptoms of everything we do bad

I think he needs more time. ATM he’s our best option to back up Azmoun and Taremi. I don’t want to see ansarifard in TM anymore. The only other option is if we play sayyadmanesh up top. I’m surprised GN didn’t call up Mehrdad Mohammadi. He is one of GNs favourite players.

I mean its not only about Moghanlou, whats the idea behind it inviting 30+ years old players after you failed at the WC and now have time to build a new team ?

I mean lets be serious, very serious, Iran wont win the AC with the same squad of WC, Iran wont also win the AC with a new squad full of youngsters, but AC can be used as a preparation for the future.
It is 100% that TM will fail at WC, with al players even like Azmoun,Taremi,Ghoddos,Jahanbakhsh ............ this team played together for 10 years and didnt reach shit

The ONLY positive thing he can MAYBE give us is if we play teams whit short defenders, other than that he is trash, its a joke that he is prefered over Zahedi
