GN is simply not qualified for the job (whom am I kidding, even the president is not qualified). He does not have the education, knowhow, character and whatever else that makes up a good successful coach to lead his team into something of value!!

He has played 2 games and has not demonstrated anything that one can say at minimum is a start of something good. He has no tactics except zir-e-toop and his imaginary Football -e Tahajomi style. He has not given any young player a chance to show themselves and if anyone thinks something good comes of out of bad, that has never happened and will not happen this time.

The end for GN will be a disaster for Iran and that day we will be sad !!!

very physical team and players in alot better shape than ours.. can do nothing about genetics... bad match up, plus what our coaching staff had to analyze when opposition didn't play in 500 days. Teams like that are more dangerous .

Scares me that this is the level of preparation/coordination the team has. Also consider that for the next intl break, we will have a bunch of new players getting inserted into the lineup: Sardar, PAG, Majid Hosseini, Allahyar. Gonna take a while for this team ke hamahang beshe. Hoping general does the adequate work to have this team play better because we will need it against better opposition.

That number 13 on Kenya was a really good player. Rezaian was MOTM and Mohebbi was good. We need to find smarter more reliable central defenders if we are going to play an open game.

FFIRI threw ghalenoi two absolute softballs with these friendlies and yet he still manages to fumble both
No organization, no attacking plan, defense full of players with terrible judgement, losing to simple dribbles, slow pace.
Any halfway competent team would've made them look like the 6-2 against England.

I’ve been singing his praises for years here now. He has speed, technique, and so much potential.

TMF jaan hate to disagree with you but gotta do it here. He is not a consistent player throughout the stretch of a full match, as soon as he makes a good move, pass, shot, etc. he has a silly turnover to follow up with it moments later. One of the main reasons he couldn’t make it in Europe…..he is not a great player. Torabi is much more skilled than him IMO
