I just giving him what he deserves I don’t think he was Amazing coach I think that he was a better director and teacher he was a great diplomat for us , he gave the IFF a better reputation a lot of the friendly games we got was cause of CQ reputation..

He should have been a politician not a football coach. We lost many great opportunities to win AC & qualify to WC R16 because of his incompetence.

CQ helped us as much as he could he did take us from a team that struggles to qualify to the World Cup to a team that it pretty much a guarantee to qualify , he changed the mindset of players, taught them you got to be a professional 12 months a years … he was a very good teacher and his disciplinary attitude was contiguous.



The only thing was he tactics stopped working and he did not have the flexibility ,vision and creativity to change the style of play based of the talent level we had and the opposition we faced ,,, he was stubborn dog about his way ….


we just need to build on his legacy stop saying this or that … the accountably we need from the coaches and players now is high ..



that being said we are paralyzed because of the mass limitation the Political situation has placed on the team and sports in general we can’t enjoy friendly games or camps or even European teams buying players

all I know is CQ did what he could now let’s build on this and try to incorporate more younger players and give this new generation a chance ….
