all of Asia qualified except for us, eventhough we had the easiest group. Why do you think that is?

We have I.R. We'll never get anywhere near our potential with a ruthless theocracy.

Our players had immense mental stress and threats/hatred from both I.R and "opposition".

For our TM to even be in WC's back to back just shows how much potential we have despite point nr 1.

Of the big teams, I am supporting Netherlands. They have been to the finals 3 times and have never won.

I'd like to see the Netherlands win it all. They truly deserve it, having made it to the finals in 74 and 78 and done quite will in successive World Cups. By the way, they lost to Argentina in the final in Buenos Aires when the country was ruled by a military junta. That WC was beset by corruption, exemplified by the result of the game between Argentina and Peru.
