"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

I spoke with a respected journalist in Iran, there was an issue with Azmoun but CQ threatened to resign if they had a hand in his selection.Originally posted by Kian H View PostGreat that Azmoun is there. And I Think Those who create and spread news have learned a lesson. And let it be a lesson that we always have to seek the truth. Not the truth we want, not the truth that serves our agenda and not the truth that is the most Entertaining want.
Just because he's there now, doesn't mean it's not true."This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. Maybe that is true, maybe it isnt. I am not saying it isnt possible. We all know everything is possible in Iran. I just believe we should wait for conclusions until we get the facts.Originally posted by taremiscores View Post

Facts in IR land get buried and thrown in the desert. Truth has no importance for them.Originally posted by Kian H View Post

We will only know if CQ - once his career is over - will say in a tell-all book.
Also, why did they cancel today's press conference and tomorrow's press conference? Because no questions (silencing truth)."This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. Stop the nonsense please…..why else would the press conference and list announcement be delayed? This is a major announcement before a major tournament. You really think this got delayed bc CQ couldn’t make up his mind on the last player or two and needed more time?Originally posted by Kian H View PostGreat that Azmoun is there. IR is scared sh!tless of azmoun and tried to intervene but CQ didn’t let it happen. That is the reality.Last edited by Ghermez Agha; 11-13-2022, 01:11 PM.Team Meli Iran

I wish Hosseinzadeh was invited. I really wish Mohebi was given a chance too."This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis.
