As a passionate Sepahan supporter, I would say the state of our club is quite shaky. Let's not bring back up the Ghalenoei Sepahan years because no team IPL will ever match the quality of those teams. TM back 4 along with Mehdi Rahmati to go along with a lethal attack of Toure, Navidkia, Hajsafi, Emad Reza, Januario, Ebrahimi, etc. is just something NO team will ever match. That team was just too damn good and would've won even more titles had everyone stuck together.
I wasn't the biggest supporter of Faraki because all those players belonged to Kranjar, but he did get the job done and won us the title. Going forward, I do believe Veisi is the right man for the job to bring Sepahan back to glory. I just hope he is given more time and isn't given the boot or resigns like Stimac did. Veisi having connections to CQ is going to be very beneficial for him going forward.
However, I believe the current roster has potential if given time to gel together. Many of last year's players were let go and for good reasons and I feel like we found good replacements for them. I am satisfied with the CB duo of Koulibaly and Khalilzadeh going forward but we have MAJOR issues at RB/LB that need to be addressed in the transfer window.
The attack is suspect at times and I am personally not a fan of Henrique but he has potential. Mehrdad Mohammadi was an absolute steal and I feel like he would be lethal once Mehdi Sharifi returns from sarbazi next season.

Bagherian is the worst GM we ever had. Kheyli adaame ashghalieh! I really hope he leaves soon, he is not good long term for Sepahan. He calls a fan who came 2-3 hours to support his team with all the problems at fooladshahr bi gheyrat!

Helichi is not that bad, he's promising but Sohrabian is not first team material at all imo. Esteghlal are not using Meysam Majidi so he could be an option maybe

Sohrabian was awful in the PP game but in the other games he was quite good. Much better than Ghaedifar and Gordani.

I don't know I wasn't convinced, he won't be reliable on the long run I believe. In general the side back positions are very weak.

I like how Sarlak is getting playing time tho, hopefully he will be the new Ali Karimi. If he was playing for PP or SS he would've probably been hyped as hell, just look at how Nourollahi is getting publicity compared to him

Ebrahimzadeh is past his time... However, I would love to see Skocic on ZobAhan.. I feel like he would succeed with the players he would have there

Dorcheh Piaz is for the heart of the city (Isfahan) where you'll find the most population and civilization... Dasgerd Khiar is more for biroon shahr and villages were you won't find much civilizations.. Sorta more rural with more poor people also

Don't know why but we never usually say piaz or khiar at the end of it.. We usually just say the first words.

Even for Esfahan, the locals call it Esfan for short.

You who seem to have been/lived in Esfahan, why do you call it Esfehoon or Esfehoonis? Even in their accent it's called Esfan/Esfani!
