ya over disagreements with the new CEO over player selection!!! I mean what the hell is the CEO thinking allowing players to practice who Luka has suspended from the team..these are tactical decisions but in our football, everyone has a say in what goes on on the field, not just the coach, and Luka is no idiot who would work under these conditions.

in the past week it was bengar who was talking about the coach's responsibilities and faults. In fact I was expecting sepahan to fire bengar for such talks, any moment. but now this ....

anyway, I say let ghanbari coach for a few games. he certainly deserves the trial for years of service at the club as the second man.
and beating GN's traktor seems to have cemented his claim too.

Ghanbari is very sholo vel. He does not have the authority and discipline needed for a head coach. He might be a good assistant coach but he can never be a good head coach IMO.

He was demoted and forced out by Hosseini...
Now Hosseini has been demoted himself but not forced out yet.

DD jan, Ghanbari might be a very good coach but I am almost certain he will not succeed in the PGL as a head coach. Most of the successful PGL coaches are very vocal and a bit Ghaaltaagh, look at GN, Daei, Mazloomi, Kamalvand, Derakhshan, Veisi, etc.

Nice and quiet people like Ghanbari will be eaten alive in the harsh environment of the PGL.

Daei ? Mazloomi? !!!! Mazloomi doesn't have a clue about football (stars like majidi and mojtaba jabbari change the game) and daei bribes all the way ! A true coach IMO is majid jallali becuz every year he creates a good team and suddenly the club sells all those good players ! and destroys the team !.

hat's what I was thinking when I saw his interview in last week's Navad, he has zero charisma, poor speaking skills, seems to possess little management skills, believe it or not, all of which are very essential tools in making a coach successful!
