There is a slow process of bad moves that's been happening in Sepahan in the past couple or so years. I'm talking about them losing their youth products:
--> Shahryar Shirvand (midfielder) left years ago.
--> Hady Rishesfahani (goalkeeper) joined Esteghlal last year.
--> Akbar Imani (defensive midfielder I think) has joined Mes this year. This one is a real shame if you ask me.
--> In the case of Hassan Jaffari (right-wing defender), he went to Malavan for conscription, but came back and played really well in my opinion. But even he has left and joined Foolad this year.
--> Even Mehdi Jafarpour (right-wing defender), although not a youth player, has left this year for Saipa.

I understand if they leave to gain experience and return. In that case it seems like a sound policy. But I'm beginning to think that they are just losing these players. Does anybody have any information on this?

You are right about all of these players. Also we lost all of the Novin players that beat Estil Azin & qualified to IPL but sold their rights to Foolad. Players like Mostafa Shojaie. Rahimi said we don't want to turn into a Fajr where they have a great youth system and once the young players shine PP & Eses gobble them up. He said we would rather introduce 1 or 2 players per season and sign 4 year contracts with them. Sort of like Hajsafi and Amin Jahan Alian and Moradmand. This year it will be Ali Karimi & Moradmand.

بعید به نظر می رسد سپاهانی ها نتوانند مدافع ملی پوش و ناراضی مس را به خدمت بگیرند.

سایت گل - با وجود مخالفت اولیه مسوولان باشگاه مس با انتقال شجاع خلیل زاده به سپاهان بعید است که این باشگاه نتواند مدافع ملی پوش و ناراضی مس را به خدمت بگیرد چون تجربه ثابت کرد که طی یک دهه اخیر هروقت سپاهان دست روی بازیکنی گذاشته در نهایت آن بازیکن را به دست آورده است.
سپاهانی ها قصد دارند تا شجاع را جایگزین مدافع جدا شده خود کنند. میلان سوشاک استرالیایی در حالی که یک سال از قراردادش با سپاهان مانده بود، با پیشنهاد باشگاه الوصل امارات مواجه شد و با توافق مسوولان سپاهان به این تیم اماراتی منتقل شد. هرچند سپاهانی ها مشکل مالی ندارند ولی به هرحال رقم دریافتی از باشگاه اماراتی برای رضایت نامه سوشاک می تواند این باشگاه اصفهانی را در جذب شجاع خلیل زاده و جلب رضایت باشگاه مس کمک کند.

^ both GREAT moves by sepahan. i think getting khalilzadeh would be huge for them.

this is a prime example why i love sepahan so much, they know what the issues in their team is and they always address it. i definitely would pick them to win the league next year.

also what do you think the chances are that jahanalian gets a fixed spot on the team? last year (towards the end) he played most games and i think he proved he should be one of their go-to guys. he is very versatile and explosive. if he keeps up what i saw from him last year i would definitely want him as one of our prospects in the world cup.

رحمان احمدی دروازه بان ملی پوش سپاهان در دقیقه ۴۵ این دیدار و در حالی که نتیجه بازی ۱-۰ به سود سپاهان در جریان بود، موفق به مهار ضربه پنالتی ماریو تادوویچ هافبک مطرح تیم سارایوو شد تا نقشی به سزا در برد سپاهان در این دیدار تدارکاتی داشته باشد.

khalilzadeh joined sepahan, our defence is looking better.
im happy omid ebrahimi extended, we have kept almost all of our key players.
khalatbari's situation is not clear yet, however rahimi has promised he will join sepahan if he intends to stay in the country in the end.

mehdi sharafi is 20year old (ST) im sure we will see more of him this season. who knows? maybe we have some real talent within our youth team, hence the reason we are willing to let go of some of them inc akbar imani.
