Daneshgar is actually a really good defender.. He could easily get picked up by a Belgian Jupiler League team or Eredivisie team but tbh Esteghlal is a good move up from Saipa. He can work with Schaefer and develop his game a bit.

Wouldn't be surprised to see him move to Europe in 2 years when he turns 26.

We have to see if he is in reserve list otherwise there might be a problem with the transfer.

Apparently Esteghlal going to sign Humam Tariq.

I don't get the signing. He hasn't shined in the Iraqi national team, yet Esteghlal - which is in the quarters of the ACL, will sign him. Is there not a better player that could have helped them?

This guy is like 28-29. He hasn't shown anything really. In contrast to a player he was compared to, Hawar, who was a good player. This guy is not him.
