What do the Farsi soccer terms "Fanavari" and "Samaneh" mean?

فدراسیون بین المللی فوتبال اعلام کرد،ارایه کنندگان دو نوع فناوری خط دروازه شامل ˈچشم شاهینˈ (Hawk-Eye) و ˈداور گلˈ (GoalRef)، بدنبال امضای توافقنامه با فیفا مجاز به نصب این سامانه ها در سراسر جهان شده اند.یک سال پیش فیفا به جستجوی سامانه هایی پرداخت که بتوانند عبور توپ از خط دروازه را به درستی تشخیص دهند.فیفا با انتشار بیانیه ای اعلام کرد*،* در فاصله اکتبر 2011 تا ژوئن 2012 ،* فناوریهای این دو شرکت آزمایشهای میدانی و آزمایشگاهی گسترده ای را طی کردند. این دو فناوری در شرایط مسابقات شبیه سازی شده و زنده نیز آزمایش شدند.با آغاز این مرحله مهم در فرایند فناوری خط دروازه که از سال 2011 شروع شد، این دو شرکت اکنون مجوز رسمی نصب سامانه های فناوری خود را در سراسر جهان دارند.هیئت بین المللی فوتبال که نهاد قانونگذاری فوتبال جهان است، بدنبال بروز سلسله حوادثی که داوران متوجه عبور توپ از خط دروازه در مسابقات نشدند، در ماه ژوییه استفاده از این فناوری را تصویب کرد.فیفا اعلام کرد این دو سامانه قبل از آنکه امکان استفاده از آنها در مسابقات رسمی فراهم شود، باید در ورزشگاههایی که نصب شده اند همچنان تحت آزمایش قرار گیرند.زمانی که یک سامانه در یک ورزشگاه نصب می شود، تحت بررسی نهایی قرار می گیرد. این کار را یک موسسه مستقل انجام می دهد و نتایج آزمایش نهایی نصب باید موفقیت آمیز باشد.فقط در صورت مثبت بودن نتیجه آزمایش نهایی ، امکان استفاده از این سامانه در مسابقات رسمی میسر خواهد بود.قرار است فناوری خط دروازه در جام باشگاههای جهان که ماه دسامبر در ژاپن برگزار می شود ،*برای اولین بار مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.فیفا قصد دارد هر کدام از این دو سامانه را در دو ورزشگاه محل برگزاری مسابقات بکار بگیرد. چهارشنبه 3 آبان 1391

^ Thanks, actually I had never heard these words before and I finished high school in Iran 20 years ago.
They must be newer additions to the language.

Samaneh = Verb ( saman dadan ),( ghanoonmand kardan)..saman bakhshidan...be Esme mastar, ( samaneh ) = System

I have noticed some unfortunate decline in spoken Farsi by many Iranians since the revolution.

A lot of Arabic words are being spoken by officials and written by the media to satisfy the Akhonds Islamic culture. Theses are alien words to the beautiful language of Farsi and quite unfortunate. Many sportsmen imitate and utter these Arabic words and expressions....Shame on them.

Me neither. Talking of Farsi language, I get annoyed by all these new Persian slangs that I hear from those who just arrive from Iran. I find most of them lame and degrading to Persian language. Terms like "Khafan" etc

I remember in mid 90ies when I had some admires of my moustache visiting me from Iran, they used some new slangs I didnt like either. Words like
"Kaaf Kardam" = (Jaa khordam, Shok Shodam, Maatam Bord).

also in football they (media/IFF) changed a lot of words.
Before we used to say "SOLTANEH GOAL" to top scorers like German (Torschuetzen Koenig), they changed it into "AGHAYEH GOAL" since Soltan sounds too Taghooti lol.
I mean Agayeh Goal lol... sound like..."Vaay chaghadr Naazeh in Aghayeh Gol e Bol Bol" lol

well, yes "Soltaneh Goal was the term we used for top scorer"...
for female soccer I think we would have said: "Malakeyeh Goal" (not sure)

now as too "Aghayeh Goal", I am wondering how they call for female soccer "Banouyeh Goal, Banouyeh Naaz, Khanoomeh Gol e Yasaman" lol

One should be able to distinguish between....proper farsi Langauge, and farsi street langauge....
words,mentioned here by some members ,are realy not proper farsi..... such as : "Kaf Kardam ",or " Gir dadand ".etc,etc....
...in recent years,the academy of farsi litreture ,under " Vezarat e Ershad "....have been in business of creating and substituting farsi word,instead of words of forign origin used in our language....which we all have heard of those already....( Baalgard ,rayaneh,samaneh,etc,etc ).
but,what is interesting, are even newer concepts that is being considered,to multiply Farsi vocabulary :...such as : ( Eghtesassi ,meaning Political economy )

Tofoo = Tof ( spit from one's mouth ),Tofoo= smaller tof and tof in Khorrassan accent ( Ferdosi's home state )......
In the poem, the poet is trying to explain the unfortunate turn of events....and uses the word " Tofoo bar to ay charkh e gardoon " as = Lanat be roozegar !
