For the millionth time where are all these document that shows Ghotbi's Mafia?

Ali Jaan.......You know, you are one of my faivorit members here...aside from being a fellow TAJ Brother.....
and you also know, I believe, How Ghotbi was hired is irrelevant,and we should only look at his results,that were acceptable to me.
And we both agree ,on The truth of the matter , that Ghotbi,like Daei, was not qualified to get the TM job, and both were hired during desparate times......
But, regarding the Documents, I myself remember, many LA sport analysts, and LA cable TV private channel woners, ( freinds of Darioush Zahab ),and Ghotbi's old LA friends, did a lot of lobying ,for Ghotbi in IRAN....some of which may have been under the table !.........Since, Mansoor, who has worked on cable sport channels,... it would not surprize me, that he would know who did what between LA and Tehran.

I do have one more article about "all the men of Emperor" but I am debating to post or not as this subject is becoming more of an old news now with Carlos khan here and possible changes in national team. However, I can see already couple of them trying to stir things up in a dirty way via their media, so I may still post ... Let's see what happens in the next few days. Mokhlesim.

The Snub by Quieroz , is nothing but a Victory for " Green Movement ".....
Quieroz is not to balme at all, he did try his best, came to IRAN, ignored nagative calls from USA, and took notes ,and admired Iranian football, entriduced his assistants,etc,etc... and at the end, he said, his decline had nothing to do with Iranian football............, he was a seriouse man, but......To give a commetment for three years , and living with his family in IRAN........just was too hard for him, as it is even too hard for many of our members here to live in IRAN.....

Also, I was told this is his third marriage and I am sure he didn't wanna lose another one for football! And, funny thing, 24 hours ago the deal was set to go by both parties and the next day it goes dead. It shows how thin the line is ....

Wasn't this story very similar to Clemente's case, the coach from Spain? I recall after he refused to take the Iran job in 2008, the IFF put Daie in charge and the rest is history. With Clemente in charge, Iran would have very likely qualified to the World Cup. It's unfortunate the timing of the protests, if happened 48 hours later, Queiroz would have signed the contract.

i think we need to bring younger coaches who are not so proven on an international stage (but are not totally clueless either) otherwise we face stiff competition from other countries/clubs, lots of demands from the coach and IFF will be expected to give away a lot which they hardly do.

someone like didier deschamps i think would be really good.
he is young, he has already coached juventus in serei B and brought them back to serie A, he made marseille champions of france after 18 years and he was a serious contender of french national team coach but he was unlucky there was another young procen coach like laurent blanc who had done equally well with bordeaux. he was also candidate of being juventus coach again but zacheroni was chosen. previously he took monaco to finals of champions league also

i know deshcamps has not coached a country yet, and he is under contract till 2012 but this is a gamble we have to take because of the crap situation we are in and it sure can be a new beginning and a stepping stone for deschamps to prove himself internationally and coach the big teams one day (if he can prove his capabilities)
this can work as an advantage for us because deschamps too knows that he still has to prove himself at a national team level so, he has to make some initial sacrifices.

as for his contract, i dunno exactly how these things work, but maybe we can start preliminary negotiations with him now, and meanwhile in this 1 year which we dont have a lot of big games, we can let mansourian continue with his job getting some experience and preparing the team to hand it over to deschamps or whoever takes over by next year.

The ( Wife & family ) issue, is all " Cliche ".......
It is all time old justification...for poleticians and proffesionals......
We have heard it all before : " family reasons ", " I want spend time with my family ", " Personal reasons ", etc,etc.....
It is him, that does not want to work a in unstable system, and be subjected to internal changes and problems, and possibly danger...to himself and his family...........
He initialy did not have information, and the calls from Los ANGELES, could have been a propaganda........he even may have been told to wait till ( 25 of bahman ) !!,to see of there is any truth to what Los Angeles people were saying..............

According to Mr.Toraabian, which I agree with.....IFF should not be discouraged, and abandon the plan to hire a Forign coach......

The Ebrahimzadeh , and jallali are front runners to get the TM & Omid Jobs....
While, I like " jallali's " qualifications for OMID.....but, Ebrahimzadeh , will be a waist of Time.

سرپرست کمیته بین*الملل فدراسیون فوتبال، مربی داخلی را فاقد دانش کافی برای سرمربیگری تیم ملی فوتبال می*داند.

عباس ترابیان در گفت*وگو با ایسنا، اظهار کرد: ما اگر باور داریم که فوتبال ما به یک مربی بزرگ و کاربلد نیاز دارد تا پتانسیل نهفته فوتبال ما را به یک نیروی قوی تبدیل کند، نباید به یکباره نظرمان را تغییر دهیم.

وی ادامه داد: براساس باور نیاز به مربی خارجی به من گفته شد تا با یک مربی بزرگ مذاکره کنم و همه هم می*دانند که کار عقد قرارداد با کوئیروش تمام شده بود و هیچ مشکلی قراردادی نداشتیم اما حالا به هر دلیلی به ایران نیامده است و چه مسائلی باعث رد پیشنهاد ما شده است بماند، ولی فدراسیون نباید به این دلیل نظرش را 180 درجه تغییر دهد.

ترابیان در ادامه با بیان این که وقتی در سطح بالای ورزش و در فدراسیون فوتبال که 40 میلیون مخاطب دارد به باوری تکیه می*کند، به جای حل کردن مشکل*ها و برطرف کردن موانع، نباید ازحرف*اش برگردد و بگوید از مربی ایرانی استفاده می*کند، گفت: من برای مربیان ایران ارزش و احترام بالایی قائلم و مطمئنم در سطح کشورهای منطقه می*توانند مربیگری کنند اما هنوز از نظر دانش فنی قابل مقایسه با امثال کارلوس کوئیروش نیستند.

وی همچنین با بیان که نباید با یک اتفاق تلاشمان را متوقف کنیم، تصریح کرد: باید برای رسیدن به هدف هزینه*اش را پرداخت کنیم. هنوز هم معتقدم مربیان داخلی ما با وجود علاقه و احترامی که برای شان قائلم باید در کنار مربیان بزرگی چون کوئیروش، کار یاد بگیرند. کسی که هنوز کامل نیست باید آنقدر شجاعت و مناعت طبع داشته باشد که بگوید می*خواهم یاد بگیرم. به نظر من نباید فدراسیون نظرش را به یکباره تغییر دهد.

ترابیان همچنین با بیان این که اگر فدراسیون مشکل مالی یا هم مشکل دیگری دارد باید با مردم در میان بگذارد، افزود: ما از طرف مردم ماموریت داریم و باید آن را به نحو احسن انجام دهیم. من نمی*خواهم از خودم تعریف کنم ولی کار قرارداد بستن با کوئیروش را تا انتها انجام دادم و از امنیت قرارداد و حاشیه*های آن محافظت کردم، طرف مقابل هم اذعان داشت که با یک کشور حرفه*ای روبه رو است، من حتی کپی قرارداد تایید شده دستیاران کوئیروش را هم دارم. حرفی که می*زنم درد دل من است، من منافع کشورم را با هیچ چیزی عوض نمی*کنم.

ترابیان در ادامه با انتقاد از افرادی که سعی در تحمیل مربیانی به عنوان سرمربی تیم ملی دارند، خاطرنشان کرد: در طول همین دو روز گذشته افرادی حدود 30 نفر را به عنوان سرمربی تیم ملی به من معرفی کرده*اند و گفته*اند کار قراردادشان هم تمام است، اگر تمام است چرا به من می*گویند؟ جالب اینجاست که همان افراد با رسانه*ها مصاحبه می*کنند ومی*گویند مربی ایرانی برای تیم ملی مناسب*تر است! واقعا خنده*دار است!

وی در ادامه با بیان این که باید با خودمان صادق باشیم، گفت: ما با سرمربی داخلی ضرر می*کنیم و در جا می*زنیم، باید مسوولین مربوطه پا جلو بگذارند و حمایت کنند تا شرایطی پیش نیاید که آقای کفاشیان حضور یک سرمربی داخلی را برای تیم ملی بپذیرد.

سرپرست کمیته بین*الملل فدراسیون فوتبال در پایان با تمجید از عملکرد بازیکنان تیم ملی فوتبال در بازی برابر روسیه با بیان این که من تابع دستور شخص رییس فدراسیون فوتبال هستم، خاطرنشان کرد: شرح وظایف من به این ترتیب است که رییس فدراسیون فوتبال از من می*خواهد با یک نفر مذاکره کنم و من هم اطاعت می*کنم. هر چند من به عنوان کسی که سالها در فوتبال بوده است و مربیان و رییسان فدراسیون مختلفی را دیده*ام می*توانم درباره سرمربی تیم ملی نظر بدهم. در مجموع باید بگویم اگر همچنان فدراسیون بخواهد با یک مربی خارجی مذاکره کند من با تمام وجود آماده خدمتگذاری هستم.

ارتقای تیم "جمع کن" به سرمربی موقت امید/ بزرگسالان در دور باطل افتاد!
خبرگزاری مهر - گروه ورزشی: نشست کمیته فنی فدراسیون فوتبال بدون آنکه به تصمیم گیری خاصی بینجامد به اتمام رسید و شاید بتوان اینکه هومن افاضلی از "تیم جمع کن" به "سرمربی موقت" تیم امید ارتقای درجه پیدا کرد، را مهمترین تصمیم این جلسه عنوان کرد.
به گزارش خبرنگار مهر، به دنبال انصراف کارلوس کرش از حضور در تیم ملی فوتبال ایران، مسئولان فدراسیون فوتبال بازهم به خانه اول خود بازگشتند و اینکه چه کسی باید سرمربی تیم ملی شود؟ سرمربی تیم ملی باید ایرانی باشد یا خارجی؟ تیم امید را چه کسی هدایت کند؟ و ... . قرار بود نشست کمیته فنی فدراسیون فوتبال فردای روزی که کارلوس کرش از حضور در فوتبال ایران انصراف داد، برگزار شود اما به علت مشغله اعضای این کمیته مانند منصور ابراهیم*زاده و امیر قلعه نویی با مسابقات لیگ برتر، برگزاری این نشست به امروز شنبه موکول شد.

از دوشنبه شب که کرش رسما اعلام کرد به ایران نمی آید تا به امروز شنبه گمانه*زنی*های زیادی در خصوص تیم ملی فوتبال، تیم امید و... مطرح شد. حتی از مجید جلالی به عنوان گزینه*ای یاد می شد که قرار است هدایت تیم فوتبال امید ایران را برعهده گیرد و قرار بود او امروز رسما به عنوان سرمربی تیم امید معرفی شود.

اعضای کمیته فنی فدراسیون فوتبال از ساعت 9 و 40 دقیقه امروز در محل آکادمی فدراسیون فوتبال گردهم آمدند تا برای این ابهامات پاسخی پیدا کنند. در حالیکه همه انتظار داشتند، در پایان نشست امروز حداقل تکلیف تیم امید مشخص شود، هیچ گره*ای باز نشد و بازهم حرف*های گذشته مسئولان فدراسیون فوتبال تکرار شد.

اینکه سرمربی تیم ملی باید یک مربی درجه یک خارجی باشد و اگر چنین مربی برای هدایت تیم ملی انتخاب نشد، مربی ایرانی روی نیمکت تیم ملی بنشیند، مهمترین بحثی بود که در نشست کمیته فنی فدراسیون فوتبال مطرح شد.

اعضا همچنین به این جمع بندی رسیدند که مذاکره با مربیان داخلی را موازی با مربیان خارجی ادامه دهند تا اگر گزینه خارجی پاسخ منفی به درخواست فدراسیون داد، دست تصمیم گیرندگان فوتبال در پوست گردو نماند، البته امیر قلعه نویی و منصور ابراهیم*زاده با لحن هایی متفاوت به مسئولان فدراسیون به ویژه مسئول مذاکره با مربیان خارجی گوشزد کردند که دانش آنها کمتر از مربیان درجه یک خارجی نیست!

تمام این تصمیمات به این خاطر اتخاذ شد که فعلا تیم ملی بازی ندارد و می شود با فراغ بال گزینه*های مختلف را سبک و سنگین کرد و یک مربی را برای هدایت تیم ملی در نظر گرفت. تیم ملی فوتبال کشورمان قرار بود در روز 29 مارس 2011 (9 فروردین ماه 1389) یک بازی دوستانه با تیم ملی اکوادور برگزار کند که در نشست امروز کمیته فنی پرونده برگزاری این مسابقه مختومه شد و اعضا تصمیم برآن گرفتند که فعلا مسابقات لیگ برتر بدون وقفه برگزار شود و برنامه*های تیم ملی برای سال آینده و زمان فراغت تیم*های لیگ برتری تدوین و به اجرا درآید.

ابراز نارضایتی مربیان لیگ برتری از وقفه*های ایجاد شده در مسابقات لیگ برتر در اتخاذ این تصمیم بی تاثیر نبود و با لغو دیدار دوستانه تیم ملی در روز نهم فروردین ماه این فرصت در اختیار سازمان لیگ فدراسیون فوتبال قرار گرفت تا در زمان برگزاری دیدارهای هفته بیست و هشتم لیگ برتر تغییراتی اعمال کند. براین اساس دیدارهای این هفته به جای روز ششم فروردین ماه در روزهای هشتم و نهم همین ماه برگزار خواهد شد، یکی از این دیدارها هفتادمین شهرآورد تهران است که در یکی از این دو روز برگزار می شود.

سبک و سنگین کردن شرایط مربیان داخلی و خارجی برای هدایت تیم ملی فوتبال، لغو دیدار دوستانه تیم ملی با اکوادور و تغییر زمان هفتادمین شهرآورد تهران مهمترین تصمیمات امروز نشست کمیته فنی بود که قرار بود در آن پیرامون انتخاب سرمربی تیم امید نیز تصمیم گیری شود. اما در این جلسه بازهم سرمربی تیم فوتبال امید ایران انتخاب نشد و اعضا تصمیم بر آن گرفته هومن افاضلی همچنان به عنوان سرمربی موقت این تیم را هدایت کند تا پس از دیدار با قرقیزستان که گزینه*ای مناسب برای مربیگری امیدهای فوتبال ایران انتخاب شود. البته قرار است اعضای کمیته فنی فدراسیون فوتبال نیز به افاضلی و دستیارانش در دیدار با قرقیزستان در مرحله انتخابی المپیک 2012 کمک فکری دهند.

اینها ماحصل نشست امروز کمیته فنی فدراسیون فوتبال بود که از ابهامات فوتبال ایران کم نکرد و می توان گفت بر آن افزود.
