Hajagha jan, it could be a strategic move on behalf of Foolad's coach. In order to help out the national team in the upcoming world cup, many club coaches will not play their NT members with only 2-3 games left in the season, especially if the league has already been decided...this way the players are assured of not getting injured right before the WC.

Maybe so ( a Tactical Move by the coach) , but anyone who watched foolad match must have noticed the weaknesses of Mirzapour. He is , of course , not the only culpriy , the whole team was badand in all seriousness an embaressment to Iran's football.

No matter what one thinks , the coach , Abdulla Veisi , was very clear about the cause of dropping those players...he said it was due to bad form.........

Very interesting point you brought up.

I don't know if you watched Chelsea vs M'united or not, here was the story, Terry was injured even couldn't walk properly, but still insisted to stay in the field, even the commentator was telling "we should help some players to decide when it's time to protect themselves". well, any way Terry is sidelined for that injury at least 10 days.

Lampard for England is like Karimi for us, Chelsea's game took English people dream away by injuring their golden boy, Rony. Imagine if Lampard is getting injured by very same "Chelsea team". Specially, players are not worry about the severe punishment due to end of the season and not carrying on any punishment for the next season.

Finally, Foolad coach, as Majid khan said, clearly said his reason, no BS by some players who think they become god.

It is possible,both Mirzapour and Kabei, are too excited about the WC,and thier participation, and the anticipation of all...so, they either are in the excitement, or worried about getting hurt !!!

Well, if that is the case then why bother playing leauge football???

Why Saba with 3 Team Melli players should compete in ACL? or why is Daei , Bakhtiyarizadeh abd Golmohamadi playing.....???

In my book , the harder the competetion , the better is your player.

Anyway once again...this is not about risking those 2 players to injury, they were bloody aweful in the match agianst Pakhtakor and that is why they were dropped.

In the World Cup , you need players who are up to standard and played competetive football , a team does not players who were bench warmers and put on weight in this respect.......
