Although I don't agree with many of the points of this article , I can't say that I have not warned against Ferdowsipour.

He can be a brilliant investigative reporter and bold media personality , but he does have tendencies to be far too zealous and forget the most basics of etiquette in human relationship.

I suppose his approach and attitude hits quite well with the anti-establishment Iranians , who thrive and joy in anything against the government , authorities and the establishment......I suppose , I would probably do the same if I am in their shoes , nevertheless there is smell of HYPOCRISY in such approach....

mayelli kohan will have his own selection of neglected players as well which some others are bound to object to anyways...

he left out players like din mohammadi and pashazadeh and invited ostad asadi instead! history says he doesnt have the best of relationships with esteghlal players but oh well, unless esteghlal has some really outstanding player which no other iranian player can compete with, i wouldnt care much if he invited an esteghlal player or a similar player from another club.

Coaches will ALWAYS have their preferences that the fans do not agree with...

I personally have no issue with that , and give the coach the full support in this department (despite my reservation) however , almost all the Iranians fans who post here have issues with a coach if he does not select the pl;ayers that the fans think of highly or those "Neglected Players"

MK will undoubtedly be attacked and crucified for the same reason.... He is not worse or better than any other coach in the world in this department.

I prefer MK to Daie, as MK does not have a divisive personality and will be able to bring back certain neglected key players.

When Mayeli Kohan brings what you refer to as "Neglected Players" then he (MK) has to "Neglect" some other players because the "Neglected Players" will take their place.

So , how does your logic work ?

وقتی محمد مایلی*کهن, خوشحال و خرم و خندان, مست از نشستن شاهین اقبال بر شانه*هایش، بلند شد و آمد استودیوی برنامه نود و فردوسی*پور انگار که بخواهد به خاطر این شادی مجازاتش کند؛ تصمیم گرفت حالش را بگیرد.

2- تا پیش از این برنامه 90 این هفته, همانی بود که انتظارش را داشتیم. با صحنه*هایی که نشانه و شاهدی بر دنیای امروز ما بود. با مدیر آمبولانسی که وقتی ابومسلم زنگ زد، آژیر آمبولانس*اش را در ورزشگاه روشن کرد، و یکی از مسئولان تیم که پرید تیمش را تشویق کند و در چمن زمین خورد, و حرف*های از کنترل خارج شده فیروز کریمی که گفت اگر بازیکنش کسی را کتک زده و طرف خبرنگار نبوده، حق داشته و تازه تشویقش هم می*کند. بعد هم که سخنگوی فدراسیون در برنامه حاضر شد و فردوسی*پور مثل همیشه کوشید تا تناقض*های حرف*ها و پیچیدگی*های حرفه*ای و رفتاری طرف را رو کند. تا این جا برنامه همانی بود که انتظارش را داشتیم. که در تمام این سال*ها به آن دل سپرده بودیم. آینه*ای برای جامعه*مان و مثل همیشه یک ترازوی دقیق و حساس برای نقد.

3- مشکل اما همان طور که گفتم، وقتی بود که محمد مایلی*کهن, سرمربی جدید تیم ملی فوتبال ایران جلوی دوربین فردوسی*پور نشست. فردوسی*پور البته اشتباه نکرده بود. انتخاب مایلی*کهن به عنوان سرمربی تیم، برای بسیاری از هواداران تیم ملی ایران ناامیدکننده بود. انتظارش را نداشتند و یک بازگشت به عقب به حساب می*آمد. و از این به بعد بود که فردوسی*پور با تکیه بر پشتوانه مردمی*اش کوشید تا مایلی*کهن را تحقیرش کند. شادیش را ندید، یا کوشید در میانه این شادی کودکانه از او حرف بکشد. که به گوشش برساند که ملت از انتخابش خشنود نیستند. که لایق این مقام نیست. و خوشحالی، عین برف دم عید از صورت مایلی*کهن شسته و روبیده شد. غبار غم بر صورتش نشست و تلاش کرد از خودش دفاع کند. پس گفتگویی آغاز شد که هیچ کدام از دو طرف بحث، حالت متعادلی نداشتند. حال شان خوب نبود. پرت و پلا زیاد گفتند. فردوسی*پور سؤالی را که باید از رؤسای فدراسیون می*پرسید، با مایلی*کهن بیچاره مطرح کرد. گفت می*داند چرا انتخاب شده، و این که مردم این را نمی*خواهند.

4- عادل فردوسی*پور و برنامه*اش این روزها برای ما خیلی مهم اند. پنجره*ای باز و بی تعارف با جهان ما و جامعه ما. صادق و صمیمی و البته دراماتیک. پس حق چنین اشتباه*های فاحشی را ندارد. نباید با تکیه بر این اقبال عمومی و توجه نخبگان, از تریبونش برای آزار دادن یک نفر استفاده کند. به این سادگی نباید حرام شود.

5- من به این چیزها اعتقاد دارم. عادل دل مایلی*کهن را شکست. نامردی کرد. نتیجه اش این که کلی سوتی داد. اسپانیا و آلمان را با هم قاطی کرد. مایلی*کهن مربی محبوب ما هم نیست. ولی زمان، زمان تبریک گفتن به او بود. باید در خوشحالی*اش شریک می*شدیم. این سؤال*ها باید از مسئولان فدراسیونی می*شد که هر دقیقه حرفی می*زنند و دلیل وجودی*شان معلوم نیست. برای عادل همان یک سؤال از سرمربی جدید تیم ملی بس بود: آیا انتخاب شما به عنوان سرمربی تیم، تنها توسط فدراسیون بوده؟ تا مایلی*کهن پاسخ بدهد که نه فقط او، هیچ کدام از مربی*های قبلی تیم ملی هم این چنین انتخاب نشده*اند.

your kind of terminalogy, regarding polls, is good for a group of friends, or a team, or family members,................, NOT A WHOLE NATION !
Nor our Nation is at WAR,to go to with such extremes....
A whole nation ,70 million people, are not your or my " Pals " !, to do such things with......, a whole nation are not even the 100,000 fans who come to cheer at the stedium................
A nation has other interests,than just football,even if we assume,such polls are not positive;

What about the millions who do not watch football ?
what about women,and childern ?
what about the truth ?
what about the health of Media independency ?
what about Forign Media ?
What about the reason behind all polls ?
what about,leting the governement know where they stand among people ?
What about leting people know where they are standing compaire to the nation ?
what about, keeping the officials at check ?
etc,etc,etc....

Aside from all that.......
There is no proof,such a poll will have negative effect on TM performance,as it might even be productive !....as I personaly feel ,in short term and long term, it is .

Just to reiterate....... in Professionals sport , they spend millions to hype and psychologically boost athletes morale ....and yet the Iranians spend pennies to destroy them !!! Yet another example of how systematically backwards they are ...!!!

he used terms such as

4-the studio is dirty and has problems.
etc,etc......................

So, Ferdosipoor , had to back down, for his proof of inpartiality.....
