or something like that. it certainly doesnt hurt that 2 of the defenders play along each other every week and know each other's game well.
and if it's not possible at all ( I dont see why not ) then bengar could be a logical sub for one of hosseini perhaps.

im not even sure if aghilli can.
but looking at that defense lines,,,, 4 CBs in the defense??? kills all the offensive power of a 4 back system because there are no fullbacks to support the offense along the sides!

i would atleast play nosrati LB cos he has some experience there as well as he is the fastet of them all, so that kinda can make up for the inability of these guys to play as a fullback.

although i think hosseini is more solid than bengar as RB, i would have no choice but to play hosseini as RB cos he is a smart player with a relatively better ball control and offensive runs and given the experience and coordination bengar and aghilli have developed over the years in sepahan, i would rather choose this:

----hosseini----------aghilli-------bengar---------nosrati------

still not good, maybe sadeghi would fit better...but anywayz...
i dont like the idea of having 4 CBs as our 4 defenders, specially when our team can hardly score!!

just acknowledge their great partnership, tight defense, above average coordination, and lastly, aerial superiority and be quiet.
All I'm saying is this partnership shd be valued even at TM. as the matter of coordination is already taken care of. also their superiority in air and on the ground puts them high up on Iran's defense lines.

when did I ask that?

it was always apparent that luka wld rely on counterattack while wahda defenders are coming forward to help. so karimi was the obvious choice.

salehi actually wasnt a good option since he's a center forward and luka had to replace karimi ( a counterattacking choice ) for him. which wouldnt make sense.
playing away and already having a cushion of 2 goals I knew luka wld not play an offensive game with 2 forwards either.

so luka didnt manage his subbing all that well actually.
he took our akbari who wld defend better than salehi. and put a center forward type of player on the left wing. hence diminishing the left side's defensive potential as well as misusing salehi's talents.
( that's why we saw an increased momentum to wahda's attacks after this sub )

once karimi was taken out, only then salehi moved into his position ( w lovinian taking the left flank ). so luka actually wasted one subbing opportunity to make up for his first mistake of bringing in salehi as LW !

I'd have brought in paapi , who would have filled karimi's shoes better , with his speed and energy. and still make use of my last sub for something better.

anyway, all's well that ends well.
but I hope he doesnt make such mistakes against uruwa.

if u mean australia, its ok. people are all on their own, everybody wants their own space, cant be very "khun garm and samimi", atleast not yet. i have just moved into a new apartment with 6 other people so just gettng to know them better, they seem good people!

4- not enough long rangers from sepahan.
I think they shd have taken at least 4-5 more shots. They hardly tested the wahda keeper and I wonder if he’d have been as good as mohamadi in blocking so many shots !
Shot taking is useful especially when you are 2 goals up and can afford to take risks. You have nothing to lose.
Although the passing up front between sepahan players wasn’t bad either.

Dr D. to emphasize this point, there are not even that many shot takers in IPL/TM anymore. Back then, there were Ghayeghran and Fonoonizadeh and Bagheri. The hope was players such as Mobali and Nekounam stepping up to the task, but I still don't see them to be in the same level with the guys from the 80's and 90's.
