Pourmousavai named Team Melli U19 coach

Loading...Tehran Times – TEHRAN, Sirous Pourmousavi has been named as new head coach of Iran U19 football team.
The team was without a coach since failing to book a place at the 2018 AFC U-19 Championship
Pourmousavi replaced Farhad Pourgholami in the Iranian team.
He stepped down as Foolad coach in September following poor start to the Iran Professional League (IPL) season.
Pourmousavi has already worked as grassroots coach in Esteghlal Ahvaz and Foolad clubs.
Now, the 47-yrear-coach, who took charge of Esteghlal Khuzestan in late November and changed his mind one day later, has preferred to develop Iranian players from grassroots level.
