Persianfootball.com – MOSCOW, Sardar Azmoun scored a brace in Rostov’s 3-1 defeat of Dinamo Moscow on Thursday, to put the dark horses back into second position of the table.

Azmoun, who always scored at least a goal in the last four games now, started the game and saw his team fall behind in first half, but levelled the scoreline when getting to a square ball inside the area first, after 39 minutes.

The 21-year-old then scored a spectacular second after the break, when he fooled a defender before beating the goalkeeper with a cool-headed finish.

Azmoun’s club- and countrymate Saeid Ezatollahi came on as 82nd minute substitute.

With two rounds to play, Rostov only trail CSKA Moscow by two points while Zenit St. Petersburg stand third with two further points less.

Rostov will host Ural, before they will take on Milad Mohammadi’s Terek Grozny in Moscow on the final matchday.
