Naft Coach Mansourian bemoans missing chances against El Jaish

Loading...Tasnim – TEHRAN, Naft Tehran coach Alireza Mansourian said they could have won the match against El Jaish but his players missed their chances.
The Iranian team suffered a 2-0 loss to the Qatari side in the AFC Champions League Playoffs at Tehran’s Azadi Stadium on Tuesday.
“It was a closely-fought match,” said Mansourian.” We lost the game to the professional displays from some of our rivals’ players. We had chances to level and even win the match but our players wasted their chances.
“I congratulate Sabri Lamouchi and the El Jaish players. Defeating Naft at the Azadi Stadium was not a simple task,” Mansourian added.
