Iran at the 2008 Paralympics

Our goalball team defeated the hosts china 8-6 but failed to advance to the quarter finals. we still will play belgium in the 9th place match.

Our wheelchair basketball team lost 73-63 to Germany but didnt matter as we had already qualified for the quarter final. the team also play canada in their final group match.


our volleyball team will be versing Russia in the semi-final. if we win we secure either gold or silver!
