Well Ade whether you believe he is overrated or not scored more goals than Berb last year. BENDTNER (correct spelling) is not who we are comparing to Rooney and neither is Eboue to Ronaldo (perhaps Nasri or Fabregas-Ronaldo is better comparison)... Van Persie is a great player too.
This isn't how we compare two teams... or else you can ask who's individually better between Netherlands and Russia and be perplexed as to why Russia won.
Football is a team sport and there are plenty of factors that need to be taken into account.

it will be a good year. its way too early to tell. arsenal was in the lead for so long last year and they slipped down to 3rd.
clearly though it will be between united, chelsea, liverpool and arsenal. with city taking 5th place.

Its not about player comparisons, but about who handles pressure better. Arsenal showed last season they couldnt, because of lack of experience and grit. United showed they did.

But this is a new season so expect surprises.

I think up until Eduardo's injury Arsenal had great grit. The percentage of winning before that game was 70 something percent and then it dropped to 40 or something like that right after.

Eduardo's long term injury, Van Persie's long term injury, Rosicky's longterm injury, and the injuries of Sagna and Flamini around the end of the season in critical times were very damaging.

Injuries killed us.
