One thing I was gonna mention is that let's please not insult Skocic. He is a great coach and a nice person. He managed to get us qualified, but unfortunately he lack the kind of skills that world cup demands in a coach.

I blame the federation that failed to recognize that and let the guy go as soon as the qualification was achieved. The idiots at IFF kept dragging their feet giving creating a situation that Skocic that he will be Iran bench at World Cup. What were they thinking about? Every one of us here could have made that determination.

Reza Asadi has been one of the better players in the league to start the season and single handedly kept Tractor afloat with 3 goals. I think he might be a dark horse to make the squad especially with the lack of midfield depth. Either him, Mehdipour, or Sarlak.
