Clubs are responsible for youth development.

Golmo is also a sensitive guy. Persepolis has tons of pressure, but I'm not sure he could handle the pressure that is on TM, as a loss in the league is usually less consequential than a loss for TM. Plus Iranian media and esteghlalis would destroy him.
Shame, because I think tactically and in terms of physical preparation, he is probably the best domestic coach now.
Lack of trust of young talent is iran football weakness.
If a TM coach invite and play an old washed up players over young talent, I consider he is not doing a good job

It's something to do with Self-Concept
He was given a lifetime chance.

Majidi gave chance to Hosseinzadeh, Sadeghi, Khaghani ,Paykan, SNA did the same and they are happy with their decision.
It's very weird ,Golmo provided opportunity and start two Tajik U21 player but not Arya,
Karaji-parasts, even when it's our own neighbours, is a strong element of our cultural DNA. I still stand by it: great move by Arya. Go somewhere where they appreciate your youth and your talents.

I remember one time, I was with with my girlfriend at the time (who was Iraqi) and my Indian friend, and we were on an escalator and this older Iranian couple starts talking to us and they asked where we were from and when we did, the older man said "Oh (to my friend), your people are better than us!" It was so cringe-y, I stopped all conversation with the couple and walked away once we reached the bottom of the escalator.

Berdiev didn't have much success with shekari and ezza.
Even with Azmoun he made him stay to long in Russia and rubin kazan imo

You mean Nuraly Alip, correct? Yes, it is on Zenit twitter that he is on loan with them until the end of the year.

    Go Arya!

It also seems that Nuraly Alip (22 yo, Kairat player) will also get a loan to Zenit. So the club has a working relationship. He is only 19. If he was mid to late 20s, I get it. But he is on Zenit’s radar at a young age.
His manager has major links to the RPL as well. If he can get to Russia in the next year or so, that’s good progress.
