Guys Milad was great defensively but unfortunately he didnt get to display his offensive game at all. There were a couple of crosses but for a Fullback to get noticed and picked up by other Serie A scouts, you have to have a grwat offensive game too. Its not his fault, the team was inferior so he was told to stay back and defend..im hoping next game he can make more runs and create chances. This is what modern fullbacks need to be able to do

Milad will certainly be attacking a lot more at the home game.

Gent became much more aggresive in the second half and will start the home game with confidence knowing that roma really isnt that good.

Milad made a lot of runs and his crosses were good, but I agree, he should cut in and take shots like he's been doing in the belgian league this season.

It was a great experience for milad, playing a really high calibre winger like perez, struggling a bit (not more than rest of his teammates though) on big stage and in big stadium like olimpico. Because of that it is acceptable that he had 20 mins of being unsure, especially with how to deal with perez who is both very fast but also very technical. As the article mentions, his IMPROVEMENT showed his quality and MENTALITY as he and team quickly settled down, figured out their opponents, and were able to play their own game.

In belgium they will be ready to go from minute 1.

Hajsafi is a great player and captain for team melli but Milad is on another level...

I don't blame CQ, mohammadi was quite inexperienced, and we dont really have wingers that drop back, so its good having a careful full back, rather that milad joining the attack and leaving the left flank vunerable.

well besides the morocco game hajsafi struggled, so bad that milad had to replace him in both matches.

Still CQ always prefered Hajsafi , but why ???

Milad isnt perfect he needs to improve alot but still why did CQ alwaYs prefer Hajsafi?

So did Wilmots. Most coaches prefer playing it safe. Especially conservative coaches. Kind of understand them

his pace is world class but dont forget his work rate and stamina are world class as well. his a running machine for 90min
