not sure what youre trying to prove. qatar played 6 games without conceding a goal. within these games they beat the 2nd, 3rd and 4th place of the last tournament. out of the 6 participating teams in 1976 IN IRAN we beat 4 - none of them were within the top 4 the 5 tournaments before (except for china).

What I succeeded in proving was that we finished an Asian Championship by winning all games and not conceding a goal while players wearing qatari jerseys failed to accomplish that.

just one look at the perpetually Sorry state of our U TM's in recent Decades ..... and loosing the services of a well qualified and more surprisingly Committed Coach @ senior level ...!!

I fear badly for our football future, especially if we again dab into services of some unqualified clown coach , domestic or foreigner doesnt really matter ..!
