Kayal did very well for that - he basically won the ball and then moved forward and did the cross. He literally performed all the combination for the goal.
I was waiting to see if JB could celebrate with Kayal - My presumption is he can't due to our regime

Actually, Carragher having corrected himself about Kayal's run/cross did give a lot of credit to JB for his concurrent run in the box which split the West Ham defenders and let Murray get an easy goal.Comment
