in fact my irib broadcast died minutes before that incident so i was watching it on the youtube link without the commentary, and with PFDC server also crashing, i wasnt sure WTF was going on after the goal..?? and looking at Reza's sad/mad looking face, i thought for sure the fking refs had called off the goal, not seeing the defender's toe poke, judging it Offside..!!

Man, i was fking fuming and was just about to throw my coffee mug at the TV..!!! lucky for me my nephew confirmed the goal stood via a text and save the day...!! and my TV..!! lol

Why do people keep saying this?? He was not offside. Gucci was BEHIND the ball when it was passed. By definition he CANNOT be offside if he is behind the ball. Here he is the moment the ball is laid off/poked to him.

i've been perhaps Karim's biggest critic here...!!? didnt rate the guy's quality, even when he was Aghaye Gol in PGL and everyone was touting him as the next Ali Daie..!!
but to be fair IMO, about Half of that vital Goal's credit should go to Ansarifard, for his Zeal and Pure Effort and Hustle...!!
Afterall, that golden opportunity only arose from him Pressuring and Rushing at Gutterie keeper and chest-blocking his weak-ass clearance effort..!!
Also if you look closely again you'll notice that he does not even have full control of ball yet when the gutteri defender pokes it away to Reza for the finish...!!
but yea, i suppose even if he had full control of the ball, i doubt he would passed it to Reza in that instance either..!!!? Not because he is a greedy fk, but just cause such a pass in that mogheye hassasi requires high levels of calm and composure and that just isnt in his playing pedigree......at least not Yet..!!

All in all, i must say i am very pleased with Karim's persistence to stay in Europe and Challenge and improve his game and i think it has done his game already a world of good..!! sure he still isnt anywhere in the level of Sardar in terms of overall striker's capabilities, but no longer i see him completely Lost in the Scheme of play and Invisible in TM, like he used to..!!
now i see a guy who's tactical understanding of the game has much improved and a guy who is hustling hard trying to make good things happen and putting himself about the whole time keeping defenders on their toes weary of his presence..!
and as result of his good work ethic has been recipient of a goal and a Monster 3 wcq pointer assist of sort ..!!

that was a very emotionally charged game due to pre-game smack-talk, 80k jacked up fans going apeshit on stands, inept officiating crew, in over their heads loosing control of the match early on and adding to the agitation of players and coaches on both sidelines by missing some obvious calls, time running out and game in stalemate and then their keeper shitts his pants and we score and everyone goes wild..!!
if i were a TM player or probably even a fan close enough to the pitch, i also woulda pitch invaded and mixed it up with some of those scumbag gutteries..!!
what im saying is that its hard for anyone to control their emotions in those moments and im fine with what transpired, SO LONG WE DON'T GET FUTHER Suspensions and other crucial team penalties arising later on from all the shenanigans..!!
