Because I'm dealing with people who ask me why I have rage then proceed to say "Jesus f**king Christ." I am sarcastically pointing out why some members here have the brain size of a chipmunk, and that is not rage. I do not curse like you, Mr. Rage. You seem super angry, not me.

I think people just can't handle things that disagree with them, their blood boils and they think my blood is as boiling as theirs is. A lot of you make ridiculously stupid arguments and are emotional after every TM game. I love showing you all how stupid you are.

Also, reported for your rude and coarse language.

I heard Bayern will bench Neuer now forever. He was a statue on this play. He basically ended the game with this mistake. I hear Bayern and Germany are crossing him off their squads and giving some guy from Ingolstadt the starting job because he can throw the ball really far, despite his many mistakes in the league. Also, they're firing Pep Guardiola for his poor tactics, because, you know, anything less than a win against a weaker opponent means that the coach is horrible. No teams or players can have a bad day. It all must be pointed at 1 player and the coach. That is all.

Etemadi would be a good choice. Regular keeper in Holland's 2nd league/division and captain too.

Man, what is up with our players and their lack of discipline? it seems like every IPL season we have a few players who just can't keep their $hit together.

Currently, all of our goalkeepers are average for international standards. It doesn't matter a lot if it's Haghighi or Beiranvand, they all have flaws and their weaknesses. They are simply not that type of goalkeeper who wins you games like we see in top European Leagues or at some point Rahmati's crazy performance against South Korea back in Tehran during our World Cup 2014 Qualifying campaign.

Even Rahmati costed us games with his horrendous late reactions on set pieces. You see, it's all average.

The point is that you can't switch goalkeepers like field players because it is one of the positions where you build your team on. The goalkeeping position must be a consistent one, changing one for another won't do us good.

But! Haghighi's blunders are very worrying, especially if you consider he has conceded all of them in a similar fashion. It maybe tells you something about our goalkeeping coach too, who probably fails to see he needs improvement in that area.

Assuming we are heading to the final qualifying round soon, we will get exposed badly after the teams analyzed our problem defending low crosses mainly from the left side where Hajsafi and Amiri have the duty to defend. It worked for a crap side like Iraq, let alone Aussies. I hope we get this LB issue sorted ASAP.

Honestly, I prefer a no-nonsense LB who simply knows how to defend if it means he offensively can't do shit. Nothing special, just don't mess up.

Pretty sure even with Manuel Neuer in our goal we would not be satisfied - people would probably bash him for coming out of his goal too much, label him as arrogant and claim that he is not agile and cant scare the opposite striker because of his baby face lol

For those claiming Haghighi takes it for granted to be #1 - let me remind you that in the last years no other TM keeper fought so much to get the spot like Haghighi did. He spent a lot of time on the bench, but just kept training, focusing on his goal and finally getting his chance - while the media & fans were on his shoulders, many demanding CQ not to invite him. Even now he keeps trying his luck in Europe, although he could easily play for any team in IPL & earn more money. Haghighi was already labeled as soosool and arrogant during his Perspolis time - the thread about him moving to RK is online, go and see how many made fun of him - but at the end he went on and worked harder than anyone else.

Beiranvand apparently looks to be the favorite replacement by some - I like him as well - but sorry, he still has to go a very long way to prove himself, seems like he can’t even handle himself in Naft with a coach like Mansourian these days (for those who say AH has attitude problems). Haghighi at the same age played plenty of games in PGL + ACL under huge pressure for the biggest club of the country - Beirandvand is just at the beginning and must get out of Iran or at best we will witness another Rahmati saga.

Overall I believe Haghighi deserves the spot and it’s totally unfair to constantly demand him to be replaced. Sure he still has some crucial weaknesses he needs to work on, but the thing is he has the attitude & potential to fix these and I believe we can trust him for now.
Haghighi is a decent keeper. I was happy with his performance during WC, and the AFC (except the PKs). I hope he improves himself on crosses and PKs. I don't understand why got upset and asked 90 not to mention his name again, people will always criticize, can't get upset about everything.

Whatever happened to Rahman Ahmadi? What mess up did he have not get called up again?

    The one and only: Beiranvand
a tough guy if you know his life background....
Haghighi,s insecurity is genetic, not something you can get rid of by training...........

It is the choice between sosools and real men in generall....dont mean a specific person .....

I am on the same page as you that people overreact, but Haghighi has made his share of mistakes at this point. He is weak coming out of the box and freezes. The blame is shared with the defense (Hajsafi for leaving the spot open, thus making Haghighi look like a statue, because he'd have to have Manuel Neuer or David De Gea reflexes to stop those opportunities. Problem is, I can give Haghighi that benefit of the doubt, but many haters here, won't give the same reasonable analysis to Davari. Yes, NONE of our GK's have the reflexes of De Gea to cover defensive lapses by our outfield players. Haghighi should not be singled out, Davari should never have been singled out, but reactionary Iranians will be reactionary Iranians.

Next game, CQ will put in Biranvand. He'll have a couple of good matches. People will be tattooing his image on their chests, then he'll make one mistake, and "oh, I knew Biranvand's bad attitude would hurt his career. Next in line. Akhbari, he's the ticket! He's a king among men as GK's goes. He's sooooo good! Makes a couple of mistakes... MAZAHERI! He's our man! Basically we have a revolving door with no stability in that position, because a bunch of armchair Mourinho's and Guardiola's think they have any idea about rating our players. They sit at home and see these mistakes and don't see how biased they are. Our team does not have Messi, De Gea, Ronaldo, or anyone of the like at the moment. Our players will make mistakes. Heck, Sardar blew some chances against Japan by being apprehensive in front of goal and not having the killer instinct. BUT, he is still a quality player with class who is DEVELOPING. None of our players can develop or improve when we cast them aside every 5 matches. But, Iranians be reactionary, so yeah, bench Haghighi and let the GK dominos fall. They will all make a few mistakes, guaranteed. Every player who isn't trained from birth to be a keeper or has some extraordinary talent will make some mistakes.
Well.... I'm not gonna talk about Davari here because I feel it's gonna become a long discussion. If you have followed and watched his games in his club, you'll know what he is capable of and what he's not! But what you say about reactionary Iranians is just what I'm talking about too! As said in another reply, ba yek keshmesh tab mikonim va ba yek ghooreh sardimoon mishe!

But I really believe media have a big role in this too! They can so easily turn people's minds and focus where ever they like. Even the live comments of the commentators can hugely effect people. It's happened several times that I watched games in another channel with other commentators or even watched them without sound and when I got to read the post game discussions in the forum, it was as if we'd seen a totally different game.

FFS some of you guys have way way way 2much time on ur hand or just love drama. Its like every few weeks you start with who should be the TM goalie !!!

Give it a rest. You dont replace a goalie every other month. A goalie needs trust and the worse thing is if you make him second guess him self.

When another goalie gets so much better that you cant overlook him and he shows he is stable for a longer period we will have our new goalie.

In the meantime for the love of Football and TM give it a F..... Rest already.
