Actually he could break the contract no matter what but he will be betraying the team.
His contract says ( I am rewording it):
In the event IFF decides to terminate this contract for any reason, it will be responsible to pay wages for one year. And in case CQ decides to leave he will have to pay back IFF, his salary for 3 months.
He is happy and at age of 61 he needs no more money than a good record and a name left behind.
If he had no loyalty and wanted much more money he could go to Saudi Ar, but then he would risk his life there. So I would doubt any change will take place. Other teams only got excited when there was no contract in place. Now they can dream and wait for 4 yours. CQ can join them at 65.
Japan is going to get Vahid Halilhodzic.

Although with what TM is paying him at present, you would think they could afford another coach...CQ has voiced his desire to finish his career as TM coach...recall the AC controversy when speaking out about reffing that he "didn't want his career to end this way"...I am sure he sees Iran as his final legacy and venture.

On another note, QPR sucks, but nice to see you are alive and well friend!

The only thing that can drive him out is these real friendlies looming. There will be no excuses.

except that his salaries get paid by a delay of six months sometimes, and also the conditions he set regarding training facilities since 2011 have still not been met by IFF, while Kaffashian even admitted that...

he is under contract with iran, however there is a claus if he termiante the contract, he has to pay the fine, QPR can pay the fine on his behalf and by next season epl he can be qpr coach however i dont think he wanna go to epl now, if he take iran to 2018 world cup, then he can go to epl or even a bigger national team after that

"Carlos Queiroz emerges as major contender to be QPR's next permanent manager
26 February 2015 By Dave Kidd
The Portuguese, who has a spell at Real Madrid on his CV, is currently manager of Iran but could be tempted by a Premier League return
Queiroz could be the man to take over at Loftus Road
Carlos Queiroz has emerged as a major contender to be QPR's next permanent manager.
It is believed that QPR made enquiries about the former Real Madrid boss, who is currently in charge of Iran's national team, before
Chris Ramsey was placed in charge until the end of the season.
Ramsey has a genuine chance of being offered the job on a permanent basis if Rangers enjoy a strong finish to their Premier League campaign - and he has major support from within the dressing-room.
Yet owner Tony Fernandes has been considering options with Queiroz, who had two spells as Sir Alex Ferguson's assistant at Manchester United, a serious candidate.
The 61-year-old Portuguese is considered to fit the bill as the hands-on 'head coach' figure Fernandes is seeking to replace Harry Redknapp.
He also has a good track record of developing young players, which would be a prerequisite for any new QPR boss.
Sources within the club are sceptical about Fernandes's claim on Twitter that he had identified his 'dream manager' before Ramsey's interim appointment.
But it is understood that Queiroz is being considered and that he may be keen to return to English football.
Queiroz is under contract with Iran, meaning that no speedy appointment could have been made in the wake of Redknapp's resignation three weeks ago.
But the experienced Portuguese may be open to a summer move after the nation's Asian Cup campaign ended in a quarter-final defeat by Iraq in Australia last month."

One main reason why he will not leave: Queiroz is under contract with Iran, meaning that no speedy appointment could have been made in the wake of Redknapp's resignation three weeks ago.

plus CQ loves working with Iran, if he didn't, he would have gone with Qatar's lure of many more millions!.....

I highly doubt it. Just like last year where he was being linked to Sunderland all the time.
