An Iraqi Perspective

Sumerian's post wanted to showcase how Iraqis are victims and badbakhts. That is why he alluded to how ISIS is raping their women, stealing their land etc. He wanted to gain sympathy. But we are talking about football here - but he needed to bring that up so we feel sorry for his people. When in fact, Iraqis are some of the worst people you'll meet - and the football game and the response by their fans highlight this.Last edited by Tehranto; 01-25-2015, 12:23 PM.

Iraq was not dirty at all, Hand bal by Iraqi defender in the beginning to stop Azmoun, Younis Mahmoud trying to waste time by pushing Hosseini ON OUR FREEKICK, number 16 kicking Haghighi's arm.

Just give him a pear to munch on. It's probably better than the fatty food he's been having.Originally posted by amingp3 View PostYou think you win one game by the help of referee and AFC and you can come and troll in our community? You haven't earned that privilege yet.
Mods can we ban this guy? He's not adding any value to our community.

I don't even think penalty wins officially count as wins. Prior to the amazing performance of their best player, Ibn Williams, we had beaten them many times and they hadn't won in over a decade.
Our rivals are Koreans, Japanese and Australians.

Pouladi was one of the best defenders of the world cup, and they just don't wanna admit they got through due to referee and not because they deserved it.

As I said, only Sumerian posted a somewhat decent write-up (albeit, it was very sly and cunning) from an Iraqi. The vast, vast majority are ridiculing Iranians.Originally posted by amingp3 View PostI'm just saying we shouldn't generalize and judge the whole nation by trolls on twitter, pfdc and bigsoccer that's all. Until the penalty "win" - we have beaten these guys countless times over the past decade. We never got this arrogant.
They are just an arrogant group of people, and a plaything for all countries around them.

Were you a sore loser too when you were trying to get Qatar eliminated in 2010 World Cup qualifiers for fielding an ineligible player? Were you a sore loser for getting a 3-0 default victory against our Olympic team for fielding an ineligible player (who was used as a sub), after we beat you 1-0 in Kurdistan?
Good - get lost.

I agree, the whole story around Isis and peace was just to get his 3 points across.Originally posted by Tehranto View PostSo wait - Iraqis that write that racist shit aren't real Iraqis, but when someone like Sumerian (I haven't seen another Iraqi write like he did), writes like this, he's a true Iraqi?
As I said, even Sumerian's message wasn't as peaceful as you think. He said Iran was counter-attacking, when we were whipping Iraq's ass before the red card. And he said Iranians are being racist when they have shown much more racism.
Yet Iranians thank him for his under-handed insults? What a badbakht nation we are.

Bahrain and Qatar's situation is way different than Iraq. Those guys screwed with us big time but it was mostly the referee and AFC who's screwing with us. I'm sure if instead of Iraq we were playing China, they would have done the same.

Get lost Iraqi troll.Originally posted by carsten janker View Postwell said Sumerian.
It is embarrassing what sore losers Iranians can be.
Hopefully the two nations can continue to improve relations in the future.
Good luck against Korea.
