GN and thuggery?

[rugs]

GN giving the Iranian media more straight talk... I am starting to like this guy. His recent interview excerpt from ISN:

زمانی که مربی تیم ملی بودم ازحضور بازیکنان ایرانی در لیگ امارات انتقاد کردم اما میکروفن به دستان به من حمله کردند. خیلی ها شکست مقابل کره جنوبی را در زمان من خیانت می دانستند اما حالا تیم ملی با باخت مقابل عراق قهرمان شده است

I don't know, could it be that he asked the reporters why they are not thanking him after TM beat Malaysia 2-0 in the AC07....

Only a matter of time before you get banned.

Well I talk to you the way you talk to me. pas az in bebad movazebe harf zadanet bash bache.

GN did stack the team with SS players until every one, including most Esteghlalis went crazy.

GN and thuggery?

Too dahanet ridam.

No, this is what you later made of it after I had proven to you that it wasn't as bad as you tried so hard to make it look like! At first you tried to portray it as if he constantly from the very first til the very last match as a coach kept playing only players from Esteghlal and ignored all other teams!

And I have already explained the logic behind chosing players he was already familiar with in the very first games with barely no preparation and only one friendly! GN was appointed as TM coach on the 17th of July! Barely 3 weeks later (on 8th of August) we had our first and only friendly match against UAE and only 1 week after that we had to start our series of important ACQ games where we played 3 games in a span of 3 weeks (2 of them away matches, out of one was in South Korea). Ah well, I'm not going to repeat everything again and again. You either get it by now or you don't. Cheers!

I don't know how many times I have to repeat myself. You keep hearing what you want to hear.

You just said the same thing I have been saying, the only difference is, you think that GN magically changed his mind about all those players and even the player he appointed CAPTAIN! lol... I guess he just had a change of heart

We also had a friendly against Rah Ahan, But I can understand why you would want to forget the lineup of that match.

I don't know why there is such a lack of understanding from people of this forum how IPL and IFF works. To get to power or to manage a top club in IPL you need support from internal government forces. To get there you need to support politicians under the table and pay their dues to be considered for a position. A lot of our soccer is ran by people who make decisions not for the well being of our soccer, but for the well being of their bank accounts. It's just my two cents after you notice a lot of Mullahs are given critical positions that they are not qualified for. CQ was a heavily debated topic among many Iranian coaches because he wasn't chosen based on how much money he gave to those in power, but how well experienced he was. There will always be a debate and disgust among well respected local coaches when a foreign coach comes in with a new method.

Go and re-read what I have been saying and then you will realize you are saying the same thing.

That was the case after the first UAE game and perhaps the first ACQ! Funny how you talk about "learning the facts" while I have proven you with numbers, stats and FACTS (again accessable for everyone) that after a few games, we barely saw any players from Esteghlal in TM again! As a matter of fact, Pas (your favorite team) was one of the main contributors, so I don't know what you are crying about all the time!
Yes, he might have included "lots of" Esteghlali players in his FIRST match, but I have explained to you why. He had only one friendly game before the start of 3 important ACQ's (which started 8 days after the friendly game against UAE), so naturally he chose to go with players he was already familiar with and had won the championship with! After those few games, he had more time to work on the team and not only did he change from system, he almost completely ignored players from Esteghlal after that!
Please don't tell people to learn facts when you yourself keep ignoring them over and over again!

Allah Akbar.

Go and re-read what I have been saying and then you will realize you are saying the same thing.

lol here we go again! I already went through EVERY SINGLE MATCH UNDER GN and counted every single player from Esteghlal used in each match and posted here in PFDC for everyone to see after your baseless lie that he "ignored all other team's players and only played Esteghlali players under his reign". At worst, that was perhaps the case in 1-2 games, that's it!

I already proved to you by numbers and facts that players from Esteghlal were one of the less featured players in TM during his era! The only game I found a significant overuse of Esteghlali players was the UAE friendly that I mentioned earlier. I'm not making things up like you, my posts are based on facts, which are accessable for everyone on the internet! I don't know what I must do more...

As for Fekri which you keep bringing back every time again as if he even was around in the AC or something For the nth time:

Fekri at that time won the championship with Esteghlal and was one of the best defenders and THE BEST sweeper in Iran! Just like the fact that you can't play two backs (LB and RB) in a 3-5-2 system, the other fact is that one of the defenders in a 3 men defense (next to two CB's) should be a sweeper! Tell me one more sweeper in Iran at that time who could fill in this spot! I've asked you this question before btw.

Whether we should have played 3-5-2 or not is another whole different duscussion, but ok GN chose for this system in the first few games (because he used to play that system in Esteghlal where he won the title with), so the most logical choice was to get the best sweeper we had in Iran at that time!

When after a short time GN had time to work with the team, he changed to a 4-men defense and naturally got rid of Fekri because he didn't need a sweeper anymore! Perhaps you lack basic football understanding to understand this!

Perhaps YOU forgot, but FYI we only had 1 friendly before the start of the ACQ! The friendly was on 8th of August against UAE and the first ACQ match was only 8 days later and the ones after that vs. Korea and Syria again were only 2 weeks after the first (so in the first week of September). It is only natural for a completely new coach to stick to what he knows in the beginning, especially when you had so few time to prepare before 3 important ACQ games with only 1 friendly game!

You are arguing with yourself over things you are saying.

You also seem to have either forgotten or chosen to forget what happened.

GN did stack the team with SS players until every one, including most Esteghlalis went crazy.

Have you forgotten that TM was called "Esteghlal"?!

If Fekri was so amazing as you say, why was he removed from the team?! Do you even remember why?! Do you remember GN trying to justify his player selections until Fekri "lost" the ball in the lights and everyone was calling for GN to be fired and making fun of him for using a "sweeper"?! Then all of a sudden, "for no reason whatsoever" GN changed his players

Geez man, put the club bias aside, it's either that or you were asleep while GN was TM manager.
