I just looked at the qualifier tables. Multiple groups consisting of 4 or 5 teams.
AFC with their maskhareh organization.

The only rule in AFC:

Don't offend Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, or Saudi.

It’s not that easy. Due to Lebanon’s withdrawal the matches against the nr 4 and 5 in the group do not count for the ranking of the best 2nd place teams. Unless we beat Syria by a very high margin I don’t see us qualifying unfortunately.

5th place make sense but never heard of such a thing of last 2 don't count.

Interestingly North Korea seem to dominate at youth level their u17 woman’s team is just walking through teams at this years women’s World Cup - I don’t get why they are so strong at the young ages
