lol his career is so strange. He went from KIA Academy to CSKA after impressing them in trials, then got a development loan to Uzbek league, now is getting a development loan to Croatian 2nd. Displacing the current starter at CSKA is a tall task for a 20 year old and he needs to be getting real playing time to further his development. Getting consistent RPL minutes could open a path to another move in Europe or eventually back to CSKA as the starter somedayLeave a comment:

One thing I noticed is that CSKA actually has 4 left backs including Russian NT starting left backs. If he starts over any of them honestly that's a sign he should be a TM starter cuz that's an impressive achievement by itself

About Kia FC it is true, but your comparison is one academy vs dozens of ipl ones. Kia FC also have a huge problem as they don't have senior team in IPL or Azadegan.
About the Russia vs IPL, our teams aren't famous to develop and play young players. It is changing this season but there is still many more to do. Also our clubs are famous to prevent their players to leave for Europe at the expense of the player and the club itself. Pp preventing Abdi to move to chaves to bench him at PP was crazy.
Another benefit from Russia is that they have an European style of play. IPL and iranian style was a huge mess, completely unwatchable. Now it is better and look more to football thanks to foreigners brought to our league and legionnaires.Leave a comment:

CSKA has plans for him. They signed him to a 2 year contract. This short 4 months loan was exclusively so that he doesn't rot on bench and can keep developing with game time behind their senior left back (who is starting LB for Russian national team). He's back now and we gotta see what the coach does with him. The coach was actually starting him pretty often in pre-season.Originally posted by The View Post

I tried looking up how he did on his loan and struggled to find out much info outside of wikipedia which says he featured in 9 matches...
How is this any better than staying in Iran? Why are some so insistent that our players go to Russia?
Also for all the hype KIA FC got for developing youth players... it seems like not a single player from their academy has bad an impressive career (Rostami, this guy, jury is out on Andarz, etc...) . Our recent start young players have all come from the youth team of PGPL clubs.Leave a comment:

Got curious about him and it seems like he's started full 90 minutes per game since he joined. Currently has 450 min with the team. Not bad at all! He's going back to CSKA in December.
