Is there an ego, lobbying, and "gang" problem in TM?

Kanaani is a good footballer but just not worth the risk from multiple perspectives - from on the pitch to the dressing room to the team bus to social media he is a liability everywhere

Better to get rid of him sooner rather than later so we don't have a repeat of 2022 world cup situation

I suspect there is a combination of all 3 in TM.

Ego--> Our TM players ego is higher now than ever before. Even our 1998 team with what is perceived as the OG hard headed "men" of our football none of them had egos like this. Blame social media.

Gang--> I'm sure that element is there although in the past we have had Persepolis/Esteghlal division in TM and still operated.

Lobbying--> I always assumed there is deep lobbying in our football for certain players, coaches etc and unless we go out and jail/kill/trial some nameless top level government officials who make it happen we can't change it.

Of course with the former two it takes strong captainlike qualities in at least 1-2 players to fix it.

I see the trend in Manchester United now also where body language is clearly seen by Martial complaining about pressing when Ten Hag tells him to, or players looking at each other and trying to shift blame in case they get scapegoated next. Someone who pushes them to perform at highest level and put the petty stuff aside. A Bagheri, Keane, Viera like player with attitude does this but we don't have this.

Our Captains are bebakhshid googooly magooly and cant instill discipline.

GN has a decent record of disciplinarian but the issues here might be more complex and I dont think he relates to the players as they are new generation

Ramin and derakhshan have one thing in common
they both interduced a woman to medi and mamadkhani. One women end it up killing one women almost got killed....medi mom is hero, wish mamadkhani had mom like medi mom.

Nasser mamadkhani was decades a head of his time.the things he was doing on the field was exceptional for persian player ..haven't seen it since. Our soccer has not seen speed like nasser speed ever(faster than kia) the dribbles nasser would do was unbelievable, the goals he would score unbelievable , his free kicks wow. .he dribbles on run and his unbelievable soccer iq passing the ball for others to score.and his body physique was way ahead of persian players at his time...
Nasser had offer from budis Liga in the 80s, bund's Liga in the 80s was top league in Europe, but he couldn't go due to war.
nasser quting tm in 86 it was one of reason tm didn't win 88ac and not making 90wc.

When taremi first came to pp and finally got playing time the people who had seen nasser play right away said my god he can become a nasser...taremi is not a head of his time by that many years compare to other current persian players...

Some people could consider Nasser Mohammadkhani a better goalscorer than Taremi, but if you did a poll here on this forum then only one member would consider him a better all-round footballer than Taremi who has unique traits even in this modern era of football.

Taremi is much more than statistics, but just compare his goals+assists too....

I think you're right, the power dynamics in TM is different. Cheshmi for example is a gonde laat in IPL and in ES/TJ. However, he appears quite passive in TM suggesting others hold that mantle. Ramin's influence on Mehdi I suspect comes from non-footballing reasons amplified in Qatar when they played club football together. Plus, Sahar Ghoreishi references she met Taremi through another footballer, perhaps Ramin who she alluded was a grown-up figure whilst Taremi was child-like and rather immature.
