khalatbari was also a total flop.

Khalatbari was kind of weird, sometimes I have this feeing that his left foot wants to go right and his right foot wants to go left. He complicates his own game.

noone besides andranik was impressive.
aghili also made some great tackles and was right in most of his anticipations.
nekounam also made some good ball distribution and ball possession in the middle while he was in.

کجاي دنيا وقتي فشردگي ليگ است باشگاه ها به تيم ملي بازيکن مي دهند؟ پيرواني که خود از دل ليگ به تيم ملي رسيده اين مسائل را مي داند.

. حاج صفي را داديم تيم ملي بايد برنامه ريزي مي کردند که با هواپيما برگردد با ماشين برگشت. به خاطر آن 4 روز او را از دست داديم. نمي خواهم دخالت کنم در کار دوست عزيزم پيرواني اما بهتر است سرمربي تيم ملي اميد در "فيفا دي" که تيم هاي ملي بازي دارند، بازي دوستانه بگذارد تا تيم اين طور آماده تر شود و باشگاه ها هم بتوانند بازيکن خود را در اختيار آنها قرار دهند.

With so much money at stake, must coaches are thiking about their own contracts rather than building and producing players.

Take Shahriar Shirvand for example, probably the best young left back I have seen in Iran in the last 15 years. Problem is that he is stuck in Sepahan and does not even make the bench since Gn prefers Ala Nemeh and even Maheri.

There are other examples like that.

The idea undoubtedly sounds interesting, but one might also ruin a young player if he's pushed too early. It's really hard to judge from far away. Generally I'd recommend to wait a little bit, the guy is barely 17. But some, like Kaebi, are already ready in that age.



Did I miss out on sth? Is G. Rezaei playing for Foolad now?

Yes , he moved to Foulad with new controversy. Although both parties deny, part of deal was for Foulad to hire his brother too.

Now he is playing for Foulad, his broyjrt for Foulad novin (Lig1).

غلامرضا رضایی در گفت و گو با فارس درباره بازگشت خود به فوتبال ایران و پیوستن به فولاد خوزستان صحبت های زیر را مطرح کرد:

*در امارات خبری نبود
در امارات خبر خاصی نبود. به آنجا رفتم که همه چیز بهتر شود اما قسمت بود آنجا نمانم. در امارات هر چه شنیده بودم اتفاق نیفتاد. گفته بودند در این کشور پرداختی ها به موقع و سر وقت است اما نمی دانم از شانس من بود یا قسمت بود که تا دو ماه به هیچ فردی در باشگاه الامارات پولی پرداخت نشد. بین هیات مدیره اختلاف ایجاد شده بود و به همین دلیل پول نمی دادند.

* با مربی و هیات مدیره مشکل داشتم
در باشگاه الامارات هر عضو هیات مدیره بازیکنی که دوست داشته بود، جذب کرده بود و به همین دلیل من در این باشگاه به مشکل خوردم. قبل از اینکه لیگ شروع شود می دانستم با این تیم به بن بست می خورم. نمی خواهم بهانه بیاورم اما وقتی این برخوردها می شد انگیزه ام را از دست می دادم. مربی می گفت چرا خوب تمرین نمی کنی. من هم گفتم نه این تیم پول می دهد و نه برخوردها درست است. از طرفی در تمرین که بازیکن نمی تواند معجزه کند.

*دوست داشتم به ایران برگردم

تیم های زیادی با من در تماس بودند اما تصمیم گرفتم با توجه به روراستی باشگاه فولاد، این تیم را انتخاب کنم. مدیران این تیم کار بلد هستند. وضعیت این تیم در جدول خوب نیست اما تیم خوبی هستند و فقط در دور بدشانسی هستند. این تیم روی غلطک برد باشد از این شرایط خارج می شود. با مجید جلالی تا به حال کار نکرده ام اما یکی از دلایلی که این تیم را انتخاب کردم او بود. می دانم که می تواند به فولاد کمک کند.

* جلوی ضرر از هرجا گرفته شود، منفعت است
با تیم الامارات دیگر مشکلی ندارم و قراردادم را با آنها فسخ کرده ام. هر چند که برای مدتی وقتم به هدر رفت اما جلوی ضرر را بیشتر از اینکه به من آسیب برساند گرفتم. مشکل من با الامارات فنی نبود. اصلا باید فوتبال این تیم را می دیدید تا متوجه شوید بحث فنی در کار نبود. داستان من و این باشگاه به لجبازی کشیده شد. هیچ کسی فکر نمی کرد کار به اینجا برسد. با هر کسی که مشورت می کردم می گفتند من آنجا موفق می شوم. اگر می توانستم بازی کنم شرایط این طور نمی شد. البته من از اتفاقی که برایم افتاد خوشحال هستم. حتما صلاحی در کار بوده است. در فوتبال امارات باید در تیم های خوب بازی کنی. تیم هایی که به لحاظ مالی شرایط بهتری دارند و هم فنی تیم های خوبی هستند.

* دوباره به تیم ملی باز می گردم
من در اردوی تیم ملی مصدوم شدم و از اردوها دور شدم. قطبی از وضعیت من خبر دارد. مطمئن هستم که دوباره به این تیم ملی برمی گردم. فقط باید چند بازی برای فولاد انجام دهم تا دوباره به شرایط خوب خود باز گردم.

* استیل آذین تیم خوبی است
وقتی آدم تصمیم به کاری می گیرد و خوب از آب در نمی آید، بحث پشیمانی از این تصمیم هم به فکر می آید اما زمانی که تصمیم به ترک استیل آذین گرفتم فکر نمی کردم چنین اتفاق هایی رخ دهد. استیل آذین تیم خوبی است و روزی که با آنها قرارداد بستم دلم با این تیم بود.

* فوتبال برادرم بهتر از من است
کدام عاقلی قبول می کند من برای عقد قرارداد با هر تیمی شرط بگذارم که باید با برادرم هم قرارداد ببندند.فوتبال او از من بهتر است اما اینکه چه مسائلی
باعث شد تا نتواند پیشرفت کند، بماند. اگر او هم با استیل آذین قرارداد بست به خاطر این بود که خود آقای استیلی او را خواست و از او شناخت داشت

به گزارش فارس، فولاد روز گذشته در دیداری تدارکاتی به مصاف شاهین اهواز رفت که این بازی با نتیجه 2 بر 2 به پایان رسید. گل های فولاد را کاوه رضایی و سیامک سرلک به ثمر رساندند.

مجید جلالی در این بازی در نیمه اول بازیکنان ذخیره و در نیمه دوم تیم اصلی خود را به میدان فرستاد. در جریان این بازی مچ پای غلامرضا رضایی آسیب دید و امروز تمرین نمی کند.

gradually injecting kaveh rezaei into the team. although one of the rare good things ghotbi's done is trusting ansarifard.
so I wouldnt mind seeing kaveh getting a few minutes here n there to gain experience and slowly find his place in the team.
I seriously see no problem a team having a couple of teenagers in their 23 man roster

Today for first time finally Jalali played both Gholamreza Rezaei and Kaveh Rezaei in a friendly match. Former TM player and UAE reject did not do well and sidelined for injury while Kaveh Rezaei played well and scored. It’s just one game but a good coach with vision won’t waste valuable resources and times testing repeatedly failed players.

Did I miss out on sth? Is G. Rezaei playing for Foolad now?

so I wouldnt mind seeing kaveh getting a few minutes here n there to gain experience and slowly find his place in the team.

Fact of the matter is, whenever Ghotbi does action A someone here will say he should do action B where B is not equal to A. We are just culturally used to it.... Can't change thousands of years of Iranian evolution.
