G1NMENA - fake copyright claim | UPDATE: PFDC CHANNEL REMOVED!!!

People don't like to read long texts, so I will try to keep it short, because this needs attention.

I just got the notification that someone claimed copyright on my video - which is BS because IRIB does not have any! Someone apparently filed a complaint under the name "G1NMENA". I checked it up on Google and was shocked to see that there are many others having the same problem.

Apparently some fake company/people are making Gods knows how much illegal money by reporting hundreds of Iranian videos to YouTube and claiming they have the rights for it, while they don’t!

First it was rumored that IRIB is behind all this as the company claimed they have a contract with them, but apparently IRIB released this following message – saying their content is license free and everyone is allowed to share them.


Please check it out, research for yourself and sign the petition this fight these fake bastards. I am totally furious because I think that’s the reason why our previous PersianFootball accounts, with over 500 videos, were banned!

IRIB is being run by the tax money of Iranian people and their footage/programs are TOTALLY free, since it is made by our money. Hope someone brings down these scums in Germany

I have had the exact same issues. The problem is youtube takes no action and some scammer is getting rich off of other people's videos.

I produced several films inside of Iran.

A film director, M.E., copied two films which he produced for Seda wa Sima, and pretended he was producing them for me while taking money from me, this was in 2012. I found out about his scam in 2013. I took him to Khaneh Cinema in Tehran. They could not make a judgment. M.E. claimed anybody could copy Seda wa Sima's work although I had e-mails to prove my case. He denied those e-mails were from him. Later I learned he has four e-mail addresses.

My case is ongoing in Tehran's court against M.E. I hired a lawyer in 2014 and now 2016 the case has not finished. I keep paying for experts to review the tapes that M. E. made. The experts have sided with me, but still the case has not settled.

Iran and Iranians inside of Iran are no better than outside of Iran.
