    Follow Ali Karimi | The Wizard Thread

    I still can't accept the fact we will never see him play and basically never feel his special "magic" again. For me he was the most unique and skilled player ever of Iranian football - the more time passes, the more people will realize that. Call me a biased emotional fan boy, I don't care

    Anyway to make it short, I would like to have a thread with recent news about Karimi as it seems like he is starting a new career/era.
    What I like the most currently is that Karimi, despite hanging up his boots, still is trying to keep himself fit & healthy - unlike many other former Iranian players. Especially now as a TM assistant he is a good role model, which just proves that he takes his job and responsibility pretty serious.








    *Please don't spam this thread with unnecessary washed up discussions. You are welcome to post old and maybe unseen stuff from Karimi's time as a player, but this thread is mostly just for all those interested in following RECENT news/vids/pics...about the one and only Wizard. Thanks and have fun. Haters go and get some bastani.

    IRI's politics is no different than handling a pressure cooker ..... As the pressure builds up, you slowly let the steam out just a tad bit so that you don't see overflow, and once the pressure from below is less, you put the lid down again and raise the temperature.

        I remember rushing home from work so I could watch his games with Bayern and made us so proud representing Iran in such amazing club! Elahi hamisheh khosho salamat baashi!

            Somehow i still cant believe he has quit football. Its like a dream. God bless our mighty wizard, may he always stay happy and healthy in his life.

              As long as he is around TM i enjoy iranian football.

              It's hard to describe but his pure presence at TM makes me feel good.

                      Second best we have is jahanbakhsh that plays for the same club as Holland's WC keeper first club. They never played with each other though.
