The Iranian international goalkeeper, who previously played for the club for two seasons between 2021 and 2023, arrives from CD Castell\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Amir began his professional career in the United States and continued it in his home country, until 2016 when he embarked on an extended spell in Portugal. After playing for FC Barreirense, he moved to CS Mar\u00edtimo de Funchal, where he spent five seasons in the top flight.<\/p>\n<p>In 2021, he began his first stint with Ponferradina, making 65 appearances in the Segunda Divisi\u00f3n.
