{"id":44156,"date":"2021-11-08T07:34:22","date_gmt":"2021-11-08T15:34:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.persianfootball.com\/news\/?p=44156"},"modified":"2021-11-08T07:34:22","modified_gmt":"2021-11-08T15:34:22","slug":"javad-nekounam-returns-to-foolad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.persianfootball.com\/news\/2021\/11\/08\/javad-nekounam-returns-to-foolad\/","title":{"rendered":"Javad Nekounam returns to Foolad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tehran Times &#8211; AHVAZ, <strong>Javad Nekounam returned to Foolad less than three months after he parted ways with the Iranian football club.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The former Iran assistant left the Ahvaz based club in late August in a shock move since Foolad won Iran\u2019s Hazfi Cup title under leadership of him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abdollah Veisi was appointed as Foolad coach but he failed to meet the expectations after four weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 50-year-old coach started the 2021\/22 Iran Professional League (IPL) with a 3-1 loss against Persepolis in Ahvaz and also lost to Aluminum 3-0 in their second match.
