Manager Chris Hughton said today: “Jahanbakhsh picked up a very slight strain. We were hopeful he would train this week but he hasn’t. He is probably likely to miss out.<\/p>\n

“It’s a minor injury. We certainly don’t expect him to be ruled out for a period.”<\/p>\n

Jahanbakhsh’s absence is likely to prompt a return to the starting line-up for Anthony Knockaert.<\/p>\n
