The first game was like a practice session. But in this game we were smoother. We are not at our peak yet. You will see in the next game that all the players will be much better. We have no choice now, every game we must be at our best. Hossein Tayebi is key and he loves to score goals. But behind him is the harmonisation of a good team and it doesn’t matter who scores the goals.”

Al Mayadeen coach Vasko Vujovic:
“We played a good game and were brave with a good heart on the field. We tried for a good result to get to the next stage but we were not lucky. We had some chances, but from the start we had bad luck. I always tell the players to believe until the last moment. In this competition we have played two very good games and now we’ll go back to Lebanon to work hard and come back again. We take a lot of positives (out of the tournament). We were organised very well, but we want more chemistry for the next championship.”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rHkpZeVDpNs

AFC – BANGKOK, A Hossein Tayebi treble helped secure a 6-2 victory for defending champions…

[90,84,88,136,91

post-25671","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-c17-asian-competitions","category-c47-featured-news","category-c15-futsal","category-iran-first-division","category-c20-other-news
["GET
