Esteghlal\u2019s Hanif Omranzadeh inadvertently put the ball into his own net three minutes later.<\/p>\n<p>Captain Mehdi Mahdavikia opened Esteghlal goal from a free kick in the 57th minute. Hossein Kabi scored Steel Azin\u2019s third goal in the 62nd minute.<\/p>\n<p>Soon after, Esteghlal came from behind to lead 4-3. Siavash Akbarpour and Hanif Omranzadeh scored for Esteghlal in the 75th and 78th minutes.
