IFF to help Tsunami survivors
PLDC - TEHRAN, Deputy Head of Iran's Football Federation (IFF) will head to Malaysia to attend a Asian Football Confederation (AFC) meeting to help survivors of the Tsunami disaster that hit south Asia on December 26, 2004.
"A one-day meeting will be held on January 30 in the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) headquarters in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur to help Tsunami survivors," said Naser Noamouz on Monday.
"Logical solutions for helping the survivors will be discussed at the meeting," he added.
"AFC Head has formed a special committee to study the disaster and the football stadiums that have been ruined in the Tsunami-hit countries," Noamouz said.
