DPR Korea - DPR Korea will meet Kuwait in a friendly match on February 3 in Beijing.

Both teams are currently in preparations for the coming 2006 FIFA World Cup Asian Qualifiers which will begin on February 9.

DPR is grouped with Asian champions Japan, IR Iran and Bahrain. They will travel to Saitama to meet Japan on February 9 at the Saitama Stadium.

On the other hand, Kuwait head to Seoul for the World Cup qualifier match against Korea Republic on the same day in Seoul World Cup Stadium. Kuwait’s other opponents in Group A are Saudi Arabia and Uzbekistan.

Only the top two teams qualify automatically to Germany in 2006 and the best third place team playoff against a team from CONCACAF.
