Admira sign Pashazadeh

PFDC - MOEDLING, Austrian Bundesliga club Admira Wacker signed 31-year-old Iranian Mehdi Pashazadeh. The defensive sepcialist, whose contract at Sturm Graz has just recently been cancelled, is the second confirmed signing for Admira after experienced Turkish defender Kafkas.

Pashazadeh already appeared for 45 minutes in Admira's 5-0 test match vitory over amateur side Zwettl on Saturday.

In opposite to earlier reports, Iranian striker Ali Samereh has not been signed yet. If Samereh, who appeared for his club Esteghlal Tehran in IPL on Thursday, eventually will join Admira, is not clear yet.

Admira Wacker was taken over by Iranian investor Majid Pishyar in late 2004, who immediately installed former Iranian national team coach Mohajerani as teammanager.
