Tehran Times – TABRIZ, Iranian international midfielder Andranik Teymourian has signed a one-and-a-half year contract with Tractor Sazi after leaving Esteghlal on Sunday.

The 31-year old, who is a key member of Iran National Team since 2006 World Cup, has previously played for Tractor Sazi in 2010-11 season, scoring one goal in 21 appearances.

“I’m happy to return to Tabriz. I hope we could win the title this season to make Tractor Sazi fans happy,” Teymourian told reporters after signing the contract.

Tractor Sazi is one of the title contenders in this season’s Iran Pro League alongside Naft, Sepahan and Foolad Khouzestan.

They are currently in the third place, two points behind league leaders Naft Tehran.
