PTV - Three world-class Iranian futsal players have been invited to play in the world 'All Stars' against Brazil's national futsal team in late December.

"Iran's Vahid Shamsaei, Mohammad Taheri and Mostafa Nazari will play in the world 'All Stars' which will be coached by an Argentinean," said the president of Iran's Futsal Committee, Abbas Torabian, on Thursday.

"The two teams will hold two matches on 27 and 28 December 2009 in Brazil," he added.

Iran, nine time champions of the Asian Futsal Championship, finished as the runner-up in the 2008 Grand Prix de Futsal after being defeated by the hosts Brazil.

The Iranian outfit, coached by Hossein Shams, displayed brilliant performances which resulted in Iran being voted the most impressive team of the tournament.
