PFDC - TEHRAN, The friendly match between Iran and USA has been postponed until after 2010 World Cup, Iranian football federation(IFF) president Ali Kafashian said on Sunday.
 IFF officials had earlier announced two friendly matches scheduled for October and November 2009 in Tehran and Los Angeles respectively. However, Mr Kafashian has declared that following a mutual agreement between the two federations, the previously announced dates have been deferred.
"Taking into consideration the delicacy of this match, the two parties required special arrangements which have not been accomplished in the recent months. Further to US federation request and our direct negotiations, it has been agreed to postpone this match until after World Cup", Kafashian told reporters.
